Due to the prediction of severe weather, the Commemoration of Ukrainian Independence in Union has been postponed until Sunday, August 29th . We apologize for any inconvenience.

At noon, on Sunday, August 29, there will be a short outdoor ceremony commemorating the 30th anniversary of Ukrainian Independence.

The program will take place in front of the Union Township town hall at 1976 Morris Avenue and will include renditions of the American and Ukrainian national anthems, a presentation of a proclamation by members of the town council commemorating the occasion and, of course, the raising of the Ukrainian flag.
